GRUPPO LSDM
The Laboratory of Structure and Dynamics of Molecules group (LSDM) is located at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Naples Federico II, and is directed by Prof. Vincenzo Barone.
The main research lines of the group concern the fields of theoretical and computational chemistry, with emphasis on the description of large and complex chemical systems of technological and biological relevance. We are currently involved in both the development and the application of state-of-the-art quantum chemical techniques to study the reactivity and dynamics of biological and catalytic systems, surface chemistry and material properties.
